We started working with WISH Canada to help them recruit students from India for Sprott Shaw College on one and two year programs.
As per the terms 50% of the fees were paid on receipt of LOA's from the college, the agreement stated that if eth students did not get their Visa's this fee would be refund less admin charges of $300-00.
Unfortunately despite the fact that very good and credible students were recruited, the Visa's were denied.
3 Students for the 2 year program did not even apply for Visa as College could not send supporting documentation.
Wish Canada now owe over $18,000 to us in refunds, it is 6 weeks now , and Wish are claiming tehy do not have the cash flow, will be applying for a loan to the bank. Sprott Shaw have not bothered to respond, despite the fact they still continue to claim Wish is their agent.
Does the Canadian immigration know that such colleges exist who scam people out of such large amounts.
Fortunately we are a 40 year old company, and our reputation is far more important to us than $18,000. We've paid out of our pocket. But will of course not GRIN and bear this.
Any help will be much appreciated
